This role is vital in supporting our greenhouse operations and plant care initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with irrigation setup and maintenance to ensure optimal watering of plants. Support horticultural activities including planting, pruning, and harvesting. Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting tasks related to plant containers and materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse environment. Monitor plant health and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Prior experience or knowledge in horticulture or gardening is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting. Basic math skills for measurements and record-keeping. Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools is advantageous. Robust attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
