Plant Manager for Manufacturing Excellence, Essex (Belle River)

Key Responsibilities:• Enforce regulatory and company safety standards • Design operating plans that forecast challenges effectively • Cultivate a performance-oriented culture in the plant • Monitor daily operations to identify and resolve issues • Lead hiring and development initiatives for staff improvement

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering preferred • 10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing • Preferred experience in ERW Steel • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with ISO standards and high ethical conduct
