Quality Control Inspector Afternoon Shift, Essex (Belle River)

Join Kingsville Distribution Center as a full-time Quality Control Inspector on afternoons, focusing on product compliance and quality assurance. Ensure products meet customer specifications while executing rigorous inspections and documentation.

This role requires a detail-oriented inspector to validate shipping and production processes based on quality standards. You will assist the Quality Control Supervisor with various inspection tasks and maintain presentation standards for customer packaging. Flexibility is essential as you will work in receiving, shipping, and production areas to address any quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure products meet or exceed specifications • Validate correct product shipments and document QA functions • Assist in product inspections and labeling adherence • Report exceptions to customer specifications immediately • Track rejection trends and oversee operations in Supervisor’s absence

Requirements:• One year of college or six months related experience • Experience preferred in the produce industry • Proficient in MS Office applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs in refrigerated conditions
