Lead environmental services at AgeCare as an Environmental Services Manager. Oversee facilities, maintenance, and housekeeping to enhance resident well-being in a supportive environment.

In this supervisory role, you will coordinate ancillary services including maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping. Your responsibilities will include hiring, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in our long-term care facility. Engage in in-service education and establish procedures for preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate hiring and evaluate staff orientation programs • Monitor and assess staff performance collaboratively with the Administrator • Conduct departmental meetings and educational sessions • Implement preventative maintenance schedules for all services • Manage inventory levels for supplies and equipment

Requirements:• At least two years of supervisory experience • Knowledge of relevant Long-Term Care legislation • Extensive experience in maintenance and building trades • Post-secondary education in building services supervision
