Production Associate (Kingsville)

Job Duties: - Process cannabis into required packaging. - Accurate completion of all required documents and sanitization procedures. - Operate packaging equipment and execute packaging orders in line with company and industry standards and regulations; complete required documentation (e.g., packaging worksheets) - Participate in post-harvest activities including drying, bucking, trimming, curing, packaging, and inventory management. - Communicate effectively with other departments. - Follow written instructions to ensure products are assembled and packed in accordance with customer specifications. - Executes customer orders as directed ensuring the use of correct label, date code and any other customer requirements. - Maintain proper documentation throughout all operations. - Ensure accuracy in data entry of weights using scanner guns and written completion of production records. - Confirm final product labeling and inventory reconciliation - Ability to complete accurate data entry and documentation. - Other duties as required. Requirements: - High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. - Ability to stay organized and follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of product. - Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. - Ability to multitask. - Solid attention to detail. - Strong administrative abilities. - Monday to Saturday schedule 7 am to 5 pm with an hour unpaid lunch Your Environment: - Physical ability to lift up to 30lb. - Overtime as required. - Hazards associated with the trade. - Noisy with fumes. - Long hours may be required occasionally. - Prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting, and bending.
