The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is a key member of our sales team, dedicated to delivering a positive and professional experience to our customers. Known for their responsiveness and problem‑solving mindset, the CSC consistently provides timely support and thoughtful solutions that add value. In addition to customer service, this role also supports procurement activities to help ensure an efficient and reliable supply chain.Responsibilities
Deliver professional customer service by handling inquiries, orders, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Manage supplier interactions: request quotes, place orders, and monitor inventory. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, operations) for smooth processes.Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and generate reports as needed. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Essential Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in customer service. DEC in administration an asset. Written and verbal communication skills in French. Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset. Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to handle customer requests and problem solve. Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.Work Location
