SOUNDS EXCITING? JOIN US We are seeking for a dynamic Graphic Artist to join our marketing team. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and involves collaborating with the marketing team as well as various departments to produce cutting‑edge visual content that resonates with the essence of our brand. The ideal candidate must be a visionary with a strong sense of brand alignment and is responsible for creating visual and video content through graphic design, photography, videography/video editing and AI‑generated content. Thecandidate will contribute to all design‑related projects within the company, ensuring that the quality of all visual content is elevated across our campaigns, events, and brand communications, with a premium and high‑end approach.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Develop and create impactful print, visual and video content through graphic design, photography, videography and video editing and AI‑generated content.
Collaborate with in‑house teams and occasionally work with outsourced support to ensure high quality visual content.
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all creative work is consistent with our brand identity and vision.
Participate in corporate projects requiring design expertise, such as event banners and trade show visuals.
Innovate with fresh design approaches that set new standards in visual storytelling; be at the forefront of emerging trends in visual media and artificial intelligence.
Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Actively contribute to the production process, from concept development to final execution, in collaboration with the team, while ensuring brand consistency.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
A college/CEGEP level certificate in marketing, visual arts, multimedia or a related field is required.
3-5 years of relevant experience in visual content creation, with a portfolio showcasing photography, videography, video editing, print, and design expertise.
Mastery of graphic design and photography editing software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Experience with AI content creation tools and video editing software is an asset.
Familiarity with project management tools (Ex: Asana, Wrike, Monday.com).
Understanding of Digital Asset Management Systems (DAM).
Strong brand sensibility with the ability to think creatively and disruptively.
Communication skills, written and verbal, in French.
Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset.
Proven track record of managing multiple creative projects simultaneously and adapting to fast‑paced technological advancements.
