Key Responsibilities:• Conduct collection calls for delinquent accounts weekly • Analyze credit status for all accounts thoroughly • Approve and release orders from credit suspension • Resolve customer account disputes efficiently • Prepare reconciliation reports for management review

Requirements:• Bilingual proficiency in English and French • Strong background in credit and collections roles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Get Paid • Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
