Medical Receptionist (Beaconsfield)

We are seeking a medical receptionist proficient in general medical office procedures, including answering phones, greeting patients and updating medical records. The successful candidate for this position will be able to work effectively with a wide range of patients and doctors, and will be tolerant of a rapid-paced environment. Please note that we are currently looking for someone available every Saturday 8am-3pm. Responsibilities: - Greet and direct patients, visitors, and telephone calls. - Answer phones, take messages, and route calls to appropriate staff. - Answer medical questions and direct customers to correct areas of the building. - Prepare medical documents and correspondence. - Compose letters to patients, physicians, health insurance companies, etc. Work remotely - No Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: - On-site parking Ability to commute/relocate: - Beaconsfield, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Language: - English and French (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oznhz
