Job Title: Live-out, Live-in Caregiver / Personal Support Worker (Full-Time, Part time Beaconsfield) Job Description: We are seeking dedicated live-out caregivers / personal support workers who demonstrate a deep commitment to the well-being of their patients at home. The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, adaptable, and able to provide high-quality care with professionalism and respect. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration (oral and subcutaneous), and personal hygiene. Offer specialized care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, including those with dementia. Must be available during the day AND/OR night and able to stay at the patient’s home according to the requested schedule. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, including assisting with light housekeeping tasks as needed. Communicate effectively in English and French to meet the needs of diverse clients. Requirements: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Assistance in Health Care Facilities OR Attestation of Vocational Studies (AEP) in Support for Assistance in Long-Term Care Facilities Current CPR and PDSB (Secure Patient Handling) certifications Minimum 2 years of experience in home care Law 90 certification: comfortable administering oral and subcutaneous medication Ability to travel independently in Greater Montreal or own a vehicle Honesty, reliability, adaptability, and respect are essential qualities Contract Details: Live-out / Live-in position Work schedule: 2–3 days per week / nights+ every other weekend Start date: June 1st, 2026 Location: Beaconsfield, Montreal, QC Only selected candidates will be contacted.
