Distribution Center Engineer Position, Baie-D'Urfé

As a Labour Engineer, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance warehouse performance through data analysis and labor standards implementation. The opportunity includes responsibilities for layout design, training warehouse staff, and managing change within teams. You will require expertise in engineering principles and statistical analysis for successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:• Analyze DC performance and implement engineered work standards • Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Lead strategic optimization projects for warehouse layout • Support configuration of warehouse management systems • Ensure compliance with safety and food regulations

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field • Proficiency with Microsoft software and AutoCAD • Strong change management and communication skills • Ability to travel frequently across Canada and the US
