FP&A Manager for Financial Excellence, Kirkland

Drive financial strategy and decision-making as an FP&A Manager for a multinational firm. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs to support commercial leaders.

This role requires a strong finance professional with at least five years of FP&A experience, developing budgets and forecasts while collaborating closely with Financial Shared Services. You'll play a pivotal part in identifying business drivers and conducting ad-hoc analyses for special projects, including systems implementations like SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop bottom-up budgets and forecasts • Prepare management reporting and KPI packages • Identify key business drivers for decision-making • Collaborate with Financial Shared Services on month-end activities • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support special projects

Requirements:• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration • Minimum 5 years' FP&A experience, preferably in multinational settings• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Knowledge of SAP, OneStream, or Power BI is a plus • Fluency in English and French for effective communication
