10+ years of electrical design experience in the building construction industry
Building Design experience (multi-unit residential, healthcare, commercial, industrial, and institutional)
AutoCAD and/or Revit
Power distribution and generation systems, Lighting - indoor / outdoor, lighting control systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Voice/data communications, Security/CCTV systems
Familiar with OBC and OESC codes
Responsibilities
Work with clients and contractors
Conduct site visits/reviews and construction phase services
