Housekeeper/Cleaner (Kitchener)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaner to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic home environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows cleaning standards, respects client privacy, and works efficiently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities - Perform routine and deep cleaning of residential home - Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all floor surfaces - Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets - Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, sinks) - Empty trash and recycling - Wash interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Make all beds - Tidy living spaces & help with deep organization - Gather, clean & fold laundry - Follow client-specific cleaning instructions and schedules - Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment - Report maintenance issues or damages to homeowner - Maintain confidentiality and respect personal property Qualifications & Requirements - Previous residential cleaning experience - Strong attention to detail and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing) - Trustworthy, punctual, and professional - Reliable transportation preferred - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada - Must be available Friday mornings Pay: $18.00 per hour Advantages: - Casual dress Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2na2yo
