Real Estate: Social Media & Content Specialist (Kitchener)

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to join the Tony Johal Real Estate Team. This role focuses on creating and managing high-quality content that supports listings, agent branding, and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while helping maintain a robust and consistent online presence. Responsibilities - Create and edit social media content including short-form videos, photography, reels, and branded media assets - Bring creative ideas and fresh content strategies to help grow the team’s online presence and engagement - Support agent branding through content such as introductions, testimonials, and market updates - Capture content at team and client events as needed - Manage and schedule content across social media platforms - Ensure all content aligns with the team’s brand standards and professional image - Collaborate with agents and team members on listing launches and marketing initiatives - Monitor engagement and stay current with social media trends relevant to real estate marketing Qualifications - Experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or media production - Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software - Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - Professional approach to branding, communication, and content presentation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Role This position plays an important role in the marketing of the Tony Johal Real Estate Team. The content created in this role will directly support property marketing, agent branding, and the team’s digital presence.
