Painting Crew Lead – $26–30/hr base rate + Bi-Weekly Performance Based Bonuses (Top Performers earn $32-36 per hour) Full-Time | Residential Repaint | Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge–Guelph Smile Painting is hiring an experienced Painting Crew Lead to run residential repaint job sites and deliver high-quality work for our clients. This is a leadership role for a painter who wants to take ownership of job sites, lead a crew, and grow with a professional company. We run organized, well-supplied, clean job sites and focus on delivering excellent results for our customers.
