Lead customer health initiatives as the Customer Retention Marketing Manager at FreshBooks. This role focuses on analyzing customer data to foster long-term engagement and loyalty. FreshBooks is looking for a data-savvy marketing manager with at least five years in strategic or analytical roles. You will implement retention strategies, manage winback programs, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment on customer first approaches. This position will leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights for continuous improvement in customer experiences.
