As a line cook your duties would include. -expediting food-making sure food is being cooked to spec-work with the chef de partie in creating prep lists-work along side the Executive Chef to develop new dishes-delegate work to ensure that cleanliness and sanitization practices are met We are looking for a recent line chef who is very organized and has at least 1 years experience.
