Become a key contributor at WRHN as a Skilled Practice Advisor, specializing in digital learning and clinical transformation. This temporary full time role focuses on integrating clinical practice into the Electronic Health Record. Situated at the WRHN @ Midtown, you will report to the Manager, Professional Practice – Digital Practice & Learning. Your role involves collaborating to enhance digital learning materials, reviewing feedback to drive improvements, and working with stakeholders to support critical workflows. You will also contribute to major organizational initiatives like the Oncology Phase 2 CPOE. Key Responsibilities: • Design self-guided learning for specialty roles • Collaborate with stakeholders on clinical workflows • Analyze metrics to enhance education materials • Contribute to strategic organizational projects • Guide alignment with patient safety initiatives Requirements: • Registration as a Regulated Health Care Skilled • Minimum 2 years experience with Cerner Millennium • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Articulate • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Utilize your expertise in digital learning and clinical practices while making a significant impact at WRHN.
