Take on a critical role as a Registered Practical Nurse at the Waterloo Regional Health Network’s Withdrawal Management Centre. This part-time position requires dedication to exceptional patient care and engagement in recovery practices.

Working various shifts, you will provide nursing support to individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. Your responsibilities will include clinical assessments and active participation in a collaborative care team, ensuring adherence to professional standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide recovery-guided, person-centred nursing care • Conduct in-depth mental health and addiction assessments • Engage in team-building and service development activities • Participate in quality improvement projects • Help evaluate program effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience • In-depth knowledge of psychotropic medications • Excellent crisis intervention and problem-solving skills • Current CPR certification
