Responsibilities
Working as an integral part of the Pre‑Construction Team to design and contribute to the success of a wide array of high‑end residential projects.
Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:
Initial design consultations as part of our sales cycle, determining concepts&project budget
Full Design Specifications Packages; including Working Drawings, Millwork Packages, Details, RCP
Material selections with clients&suppliers
Management and procurement of finishes
Maintaining budgets for all selections
Coordinating materials/finish selections to sites
Overseeing templates, measures and installation of custom details
Client communication
Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in residential design. Customer sales experience an asset.
Technical Skills: AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office mandatory; strong spreadsheet skills; ability to build and maintain budgets.
Proficiency in Revit an asset.
Education: Accredited interior design program an asset.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong multitasking skills mandatory.
Growth‑Oriented: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to achieving ambitious company goals. Ideal candidate a self‑starter, strong work ethic.
Valid Driver's License required.
