Technology Software Developer (Kitchener)

Description As a Full-Stack Software Developer in our Shipper Technology department, you will be involved in all aspects of a project's lifecycle, from requirements, design, development, through to deployment and incident support. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and contribute to technical solutions. The Role Responsibilities Develop and deliver code across a range of languages, focusing on quality, security and efficiency. Work with the Testing team to resolve bugs and improve the solution. Self-manage workload in a dynamic, fast paced setting. Occasionally travel to Purolator facilities and visit end-users. Roll out solutions to the market, including documenting and resolving technical issues. Technologies .NET C# React/Angular Javascript/Typescript Postgres Cloud experience in at least one of AWS or Microsoft Azure Bonus Points For Having Experience With Python, Java Flutter HTML/CSS Terraform and GitHub Actions Cloud data stores such as Redis, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control, pipelines and releases Candidate At least 3 years relevant experience beyond education and training. Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and enthusiasm for technology. Effectively communicate and document. Enjoy helping teammates achieve goals and building relationships with peers. Live in Ontario, Canada. Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders.
