As part of the Substations group, you will supervise construction efforts in Elora and Jarvis. Key Responsibilities:• Direct on-site construction activities and crew management • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations • Manage daily paperwork and field reports • Conduct reviews of equipment and coordinate schedules • Resolve crew conflicts and maintain morale

Requirements:• Journeyperson electrical designation in a related field • Minimum 5 years' construction experience • Understanding of construction quality and safety practices • Valid driver’s license with a clean record • Experience in high and medium voltage work
