Join Metrolinx as a Senior Leader in Construction Management focused on enhancing transit infrastructure. This in-person role provides comprehensive support across several project sites.

In this capacity, you'll oversee and elevate construction management practices for transit works at Metrolinx. Collaborating with leaders, you’ll ensure adherence to safety standards while directing project strategy and administrative duties. Effective communication with stakeholders and a hands-on approach are key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate to foster a unified vision in construction excellence • Coach teams on safety and construction methodologies • Evaluate and adjust project delivery strategies regularly • Monitor risks, costs, and potential project delays • Prepare program reports addressing regulatory requirements

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management • Demonstrated experience in field construction management • Strong leadership and team coaching skills • Proficiency in evaluation tools and project performance metrics • Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and excellent driving record
