General Laborer, Kitchener

The Role

Valid forklift operator ticket (or ability to obtain one)

Ability to operate forklifts, wheel loaders, excavators, etc.

G‑class or higher driver's license

Mechanical ability to service and troubleshoot machines during shipping and receiving

Proficient with basic Microsoft applications

Ability to use a cell phone

Effective communication skills– work with drivers, sales team, and managers

Handle paperwork, pictures, and uploads for machines shipped or received

Load and unload machines and attachments using forklifts and other material‑handling equipment

Maintain yard organization, conduct daily yard checks, and perform yard cleanup (including snow removal and front‑yard maintenance)

Assist in locating machines and attachments for the sales team and photograph them

Clean machines for the sales team and customer units

Responsible for scrap metal, wood bins, garbage, and yard maintenance

The Candidate

High school diploma or equivalent

Forklift certification an asset

6–12 months of work experience in material handling or related fields

Basic mechanical knowledge

Strong communication and teamwork skills
