Must-Haves:

MINIMUM 12 years of RN practice— total career years, all settings count

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing— RN diploma or BScN

CNO registered, in good standing— no pending hearings or conditions

Broad knowledge of Ontario health legislation from years of Ontario practice: PHIPA, RHPA, HCCA, Ontario Hospitals Act

No CNO disciplinary history

Current BLS / BCLS / CPR certification— Level C, Health Care Provider

Legal right to work in Canada

Available for in-person assignments— this is not remote work

Preferred:

Charge nurse, supervisory, or clinical leadership experience

Experience across multiple care settings over your career

Experience mentoring or orienting newer nurses

Mixed acute care and community background
