Digital Design&Delivery Manager Role, Kitchener

Join Dillon as the Digital Design&Delivery Manager, responsible for leading the firm’s digital initiatives in various Ontario locations. Focus on project efficiency by optimizing CADD and BIM practices.

You will report to the Director, Practice Operations, and play a critical role in establishing a firm-wide digital framework. The manager will ensure project delivery meets client standards, foster the adoption of standardized practices, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and technical leaders to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and oversee the firm-wide digital modeling framework • Align deliverables and workflows to meet practice standards • Facilitate the adoption of enterprise templates for efficiency • Coordinate with technical leaders for standardized practices • Analyze delivery processes to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:• 10+ years of relevant professional experience • 5+ years in a leadership role focused on digital delivery • Solid understanding of CADD/BIM, including GIS • Proven ability to drive standardization in multi-discipline contexts • Experience managing key vendor relationships
