Powerline Construction Superintendent Role, Kitchener

As the Superintendent, you'll lend your 15+ years of powerline construction experience to guide project teams through all phases of construction. Your leadership will ensure that safety measures are met while delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Close collaboration with the Project Manager and subtrades is essential for maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:• Recruit and manage hourly team members for projects • Ensure alignment with safety standards and quality expectations • Continuously review and coordinate construction timelines • Approve hourly timesheets and manage change orders • Validate invoices against orders and maintain supplier relations

Requirements:• Certified Journeyperson Powerline Technician • At least 15 years of experience, with supervisory background • Previous work on industrial or oil&gas projects• Strong knowledge of documentation and budgeting in construction • Proven ability to develop partnerships and manage challenges
