Dump Truck Driver (Kitchener)

T. Musselman Excavating is a local growing excavating company that is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a tri-axel driver. If you have dump truck experience, enjoy a positive work environment and working outdoors this job may be right for you. This position is available immediately. Salary: $27-$32, dependent on experience Hours: 45-60 hours a week Benefits: Group benefits, RRSP matching, profit sharing program Responsibilities - Drive dump truck to local pits and load with materials - Deliver materials to job sites - Keep detailed records for time tracking and job costing purposes - Perform daily pre and post trip inspections - Fuel and clean out truck daily - Required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions - Comply with all company health and safety guidelines - Responsible for own transportation to shop in Petersburg - Responsible to provide own personal protective equipment - Other duties will be assigned as required Desired Skills and Experience - 3 years of previous dump truck driving experience required - DZ license required, for a minimum of 3 years - Must be safety conscious - Excellent team player - Great communication skills - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record - Must be punctual and personable - Must obtain WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety training Musselman Excavating is an equal opportunity employer.
