We are looking for a SEASONAL Warehouseperson to join our team in Kitchener! Shipping & Receiving - Pick orders and prepare them in staging areas for delivery. - Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks. - Pick orders for immediate pick-up. - Ensure accuracy of order against paperwork. - Move incoming product to the designated location in the branch. Customer Service - Greet customers as they enter the distribution branch/warehouse, or as they call. - Serve them immediately or indicate that they will be helped as quickly as we can manage. - Answer customer inquiries about the materials and services Gentek provides. - Make it easy for customers to do business with us. You are their business partner. Please Apply If This Sounds Like You: - Completed High School certificate a must. Post-secondary education an asset. - Experience in the building industry (e.g., hardware store, pro-desk) is valuable, but we are willing to train the right candidate. - Able to read and write word and letter/number sequences. - High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes. - Emotional intelligence that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other Gentek employees. - Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced workplace.
