Key Responsibilities:• Assess and manage withdrawal symptoms among patients • Implement evidence-based treatment plans for withdrawal management • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for safe transitions • Support patient education on recovery and harm reduction • Contribute to the development of best practices in addiction care
Requirements:• Masters of Nursing and current CNO registration as NP&RN(EC)• Minimum of 5 years in addiction medicine • Experience with Suboxone and related therapies • Solid understanding of mental health legislation • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
