Summary: An Irrigation Technician is responsible for the day to day watering and maintenance ofthe Irrigation system. This is a part time position which will require early morning starts (02:30AM) tosuccessfully complete routine water applications. This is a part time seasonal position, and the successful candidatemust be available to work any shift including early mornings, days, weekends andholidays Primary Responsibilities: Watering Greens, Tees and Fairways Repairs of Irrigation system Light Course Clean - Up Addition duties may be assigned as required Qualifications: Able to demonstrate a growing knowledge of equipment operation as time progresses. Self-motivated. Strong performer. Must be able to work with minimum supervision Able to positively interact with co-workers, and public. An understanding of the game of golf is an asset. Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, sit, and reach with hands. May be required to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to work early morning hours Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to work regular maintenance hours when watering is not required Working Conditions: Bending, balance, lifting (up to 30lbs), extended period of standing Reason for Vacancy: Currently vacant.
