SAP ISU Functional Consultant - kitchener, Kitchener

We are seeking a senior level SAP ISU functional analyst (Billing or AMI) to join a project team on a remote basis for a 1 year contract position for an implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the billing or AMI processes within the SAP system. This role requires expertise in SAP billing or AMI modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze existing billing or AMI processes and identify areas for improvement. - Design, configure, and implement SAP billing/AMI solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate billing system functionality. - Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new billing processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing configurations, data integrity, and system performance. - Stay updated on SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies related to billing processes. - Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP billing module implementations or upgrades. - Proficiency in configuring billing processes in SAP ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA). - Solid understanding of billing integration with other SAP modules such as FICO. - Experience with SAP billing solutions like SAP Convergent Charging, SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), or SAP Hybris Billing is nice to have - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - SAP certification in billing module(s) is a plus.
