Senior Medical Receptionist (Full time) Skin Vitality Medical Clinic MUST BE AVAILABLE to work MONDAY - FRIDAY 8am - 7pm and MUST be able to work Two Saturdays a month 8am - 5pm. JOB TRAINING LOCATED IN MILTON Clinic (3-4 weeks training) This position requires excellent communication skills, natural leadership abilities, strong computer skills, and a penchant for creative problem-solving. Qualified candidates must be well organized, patient, service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Job Responsibilities: Acting under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, or Director of Operations/Assistant Director of Operations, the Senior Medical Receptionist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Skin Vitality Medical Clinic. They provide guidance and administrative support, oversee the training of staff members, liaison with patients to maintain optimal operational flow and work collaboratively with Management to continuously adhere to clinic standards for both staff and patients. Other responsibilities include: ● Promoting a high-end Medical Clinic atmosphere in appearance and delivery while upholding our company values ● Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting smooth and efficient workflow ● Complete biweekly clinic pre-inventory and inventory counts, and ensure accurate documentation ● Skilled in managing patient escalations ● Experienced in resolving patient concerns ● Monitor clinic inventory and supply stock levels, flag low inventory when necessary ● Complete and deliver clinic bank deposits in alignment with the company process ● Train and onboard administrative staff, ensuring consistency and high standards in performance, and flagging if otherwise ● Resolve monetary, inventory, and patient profile discrepancies with accuracy ● Meet all clinic compliance deadlines and responsibilities ● Providing exceptional customer service, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for our patients ● Meeting all team deadlines and responsibilities ● Promoting a positive company culture that values integrity, inclusion, collaboration, communication and teamwork ● Multitask easily without compromising performance or attitude ● Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations If you are eager to grow within a company, be part of an incredible team, and believe you are the right fit, please submit your CV.
