Remote Nursing Curriculum Developer (Kitchener)

In this essential role, you will create and review five courses for the Graduate Certificate program in alignment with current best practices in perioperative care. This position requires a proactive approach to curriculum development and the ability to manage multiple documents efficiently. Technical support will be available to facilitate your success in course development.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and revise course outlines and materials • Develop evaluation descriptions and instructional plans • Attend preliminary check-in meetings regularly • Collaborate with various internal teams • Manage and submit content on a weekly basis

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in nursing is a must • Registered Nurse (RN) status with CNO • Minimum of four years Operating Room experience required • Teaching experience at adult or post-secondary level preferred • Strong familiarity with learning management systems
