Role Description This is a full time, on-site office nurse position based in Kitchener, ON. The Nurse will provide compassionate patient care, perform urological procedures, carry out necessary clinical assessments, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate patient records, administering medications, providing post-procedural care instructions, and supporting patient education about treatment plans and preventive measures. This role also includes duties such as ordering supplies and organizing medication deliveries from compounding pharmacies. Professionalism, efficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills are critical to this role. Qualifications - Clinical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in patient care, clinical assessments, and administration of medications. Prior experience with surgical and urological conditions is desirable, but not required - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with medical equipment and technology. Experience with equipment relevant to urology is again desirable, but not required - Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients and coordinate with medical professionals in a team-based environment. - Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate patient records and manage related administrative tasks efficiently. - Certifications: Current Nursing License - Additional Qualifications: Previous experience with Accuro EMR is desirable Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2orlrq
