L Community Specialist Internship (Kitchener)

As a co-op, you will work full time in person, triaging communications to provide valuable support. Collaborate with talented Subject Matter Experts and participate in team meetings to improve response times and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle inbound client communications • Review Brightspace Learning Center content for quality standards • Provide status updates on unanswered questions in team meetings • Analyze system data to enhance community interactions • Improve user experience by collaborating with experts

Requirements: • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Familiarity with online community forums • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial • Interest in AI-based tools like ChatGPT • Must be a current post-secondary student
