Broda is hiring an Industrial Engineer to spearhead our continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing efficiencies. This role will be critical in optimizing our production processes and facility maintenance. As part of our expanding team, your role will involve conducting Kaizen workshops, managing manufacturing deliverables, and analyzing operational data to identify key improvement opportunities. Your technical support and engineering solutions will enhance our production lines, helping us continue providing top-quality seating products in healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities: - Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen workshops - Optimize process flows and facility layouts - Conduct time studies to improve manufacturing efficiency - Train staff on new manufacturing processes - Analyze key performance metrics for operational enhancements Requirements: - Degree/diploma in Engineering or relevant trade certification - 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment - Strong initiative and minimal supervision capability - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - P.
