Role Description Governance Committee Member Supports strong governance practices, Board effectiveness, policy development, accountability structures, and governance planning as KHI strengthens its systems and prepares for future growth. Ideal for individuals with experience in governance, law, policy, human resources, public administration, risk, ethics, organizational design, or strategic planning. Committee meetings are held remotely. Capital Planning and End-of-Mortgage Committee Member Supports oversight of KHI’s building portfolio, capital priorities, asset condition, major repairs, long-term infrastructure planning, mortgage maturity, and changing funding arrangements. This Committee will help KHI protect existing assets while preparing for future growth, sustainability, and expansion opportunities. Committee meetings are held remotely. Finance, Audit and Risk Committee Member Supports oversight of budgets, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, reserves, risk, investments, and long-term financial sustainability as KHI strengthens its financial systems and prepares for future growth and capital needs.
