Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly desirable. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Identify new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and networking Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote products or services Present product offerings to clients, demonstrating features and benefits tailored to their needs Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market share Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred Robust analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in bilingual communication (English/Spanish) highly valued Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully Ability to perform telemarketing activities confidently and professionally Knowledge of marketing principles and sales strategies Experience in sales administration tools and CRM software is a plus Multilingual abilities are considered an asset for engaging diverse client bases Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to leverage their sales expertise in a supportive environment that values growth, innovation, and excellence.
