Clinical Nurse Consultant-International - WIN (Kitchener)

WIN is a leading provider of family-building and family well-being management services. We support patients globally with expert guidance, education, and care navigation tailored to their unique cultural, medical, and regional contexts. WIN is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant with a background in women's health-including fertility, menopause, maternity, or reproductive endocrinology to provide virtual coaching and advisory services. This is a remote, contract-based role with flexible scheduling and no employee advantages. Key Responsibilities Patient Coaching Services - Provide virtual coaching sessions to patients focused on family building and family well-being topics. - Deliver evidence-based education aligned with Canadian and international healthcare considerations. - Support patients navigating global family-building benefits and care pathways. - Maintain availability during pre-scheduled standby time for patient sessions. Advisory Services - Contribute clinical expertise to international program design and enhancement. - Participate in executive, clinical, and customer-facing meetings as a subject matter expert. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant and culturally appropriate content. Qualifications - Current Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a Canadian provincial regulatory body. - Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in women's health: fertility experience strongly preferred. - Fluency in English AND French Canadian (required). - Experience providing virtual education, coaching, or care navigation services. - Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment. Compensation - Competitive per-session rate for coaching services. - Hourly compensation for advisory and strategic services. - Monthly invoicing; payment within 30 days of invoice approval.
