Job Summary Work Location: Kitchener, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 Line of Business: TD Wealth Pay Details: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD, eligible for commission-based earnings. Responsibilities - Partner with clients to understand their life and financial objectives, conduct in-depth financial reviews, and foster long‑term connections through ongoing support and guidance. - Leverage data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs, policies, and practices. - Collaborate with your team to achieve shared objectives while enhancing the client experience and demonstrating a commitment to service excellence. - Monitor productivity and service delivery, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. - Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure you remain at the forefront of financial planning. - Share expertise by mentoring and guiding colleagues, fostering a cooperative and supportive workplace. - Uphold a strong culture of risk management and control, aligned with the organization’s risk appetite. - Engage fully as a valued team member and contribute to a positive, service‑oriented workplace. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 3–5 years of experience in banking services, with a track record of managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice. - Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), if not currently licensed. - Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role. - CFP Eligibility requirements: University Degree OR one of the following: - Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience. - Have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying.
