Corporate Health Disability and Wellness Expert (Kitchener)

Drive health and wellness initiatives as a Corporate Health Disability and Wellness Expert with a focus on effective disability management. Your role will shape a supportive workplace culture. Reporting to the Manager, this role combines strategic insight with communication expertise to manage disability cases efficiently. You will oversee the development of wellness programs and attendance management solutions, while facilitating return-to-work strategies in collaboration with HR and staff. Your clinical knowledge will help identify trends and opportunities in employee wellness initiatives.
