What You’ll Be Doing As a Operations Supervisor at our Kitchener location, you’ll bring your energy and customer-first mindset to every interaction. From assisting your team with product questions and order support to building lasting relationships through exceptional service, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued, supported, and set up for success — while growing your own career along the way.Here’s what your days might look like: - All the physicality of inbound and outbound products: timing, efficiency, accuracy; - To achieve top level customer service with internal and external customer; - Including, but not limited to: Receiving, delivery driver, order selection, inventory accuracy, cost control - Over see all aspects for the warehouse team: leading, coaching, motivation, - Safe operation and upkeep of company equipment and product, as well as the safety of yourself and your fellow co-workers; - Other duties as assigned Who You Are You’re a natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
