Responsibilities

Assist in the construction of hardscape features, including patios, retaining walls, steps, and pool surrounds Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites Operate power tools, compactors, saws, and other construction equipment safely and effectively Support the crew lead and follow instructions to ensure work is completed on time and on budgetPerform site clean‑up and material organization Participate in equipment maintenance and seasonal setup Uphold company safety and quality standards at all times Qualifications

Previous experience in landscape construction or general construction is an asset Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs, digging, and operating equipment Valid G‑Class Driver's License and reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, rain, and coldAttention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Team‑oriented mindset and clear communication skills Salary and Perks
