Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.Qualifications

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards. Ability to upsell products and services confidently. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.Experience with front desk operations is a plus. Retail sales experience is advantageous but not required. Benefits
