Job Description

This is a replacement position. In this shift nursing role, as a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled shifts to care for patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work with patients within pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. This is a Casual overnight shift, a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including one weekend. 10pm-6am OR 11pm-7am shifts.Benefits

Use appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs Execute and continuously monitor care plans Engage patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust Maintain and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plansQualifications

Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Experience in pediatric care (mandatory) Experience in delivering community care (asset) Reliability and flexibility Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated areaPassion for making a difference in your community Required on‑call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs Union&Compensation

Union Name: UFCW, Union Local: 175. Union Classification (Title): RN as applicable. Salary: RN Hourly Rate + $2 Pediatric Premium. Nursing Schedule: As per collective agreement. Time Type: Part time. Compensation Details: $36.16 - $41.57.
