Heavy Equipment Operator for Operations Team, Kitchener

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will report to the Supervisor of Operations, contributing to an innovative and collaborative environment. You will operate various heavy machinery including backhoes, loaders, dozers, and graders. Daily checks on equipment and adherence to safety protocols are crucial aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate equipment for excavation, construction, and snow removal • Conduct daily maintenance checks on all heavy machinery • Ensure workplace safety by maintaining awareness of surroundings • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Requirements:• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent • Valid MTO DZ class driver's license • Competent in operating rubber-tired backhoe and loader • Availability for shift work and winter call outs • Reliable with a positive work attitude
