This role reports directly to the Vice President Grid Transformation, where you will lead engineering initiatives that support the company’s strategic vision. You will focus on providing expert advice on distribution systems, asset management, and budgeting, ensuring protected and efficient operations. Additionally, you will promote a high-performance work culture and engage with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee engineering strategic planning processes - Manage capital investment planning and forecasting - Direct budget creation and expenditure justifications - Optimize staffing and enhance team performance - Promote Occupational Health & Safety standards Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Professional Engineering license (P.Eng) - 10+ years of increasing utility responsibility - In-depth knowledge of regulations and asset management - Class G Driver’s License Lead transformative engineering initiatives and enhance our community's energy grid with Enova Power.
