Technical Implementation Specialist (Kitchener)

Primary responsibilities for a Trans Plus Technical Implementation Specialist include the successful installation and configuration of our core software products for current and existing customers. Customer environment maintenance, updates to our latest releases, data migrations and general troubleshooting represent other daily responsibilities. Supporting internal teams with technical requests to satisfy customer needs is another significant aspect to the role. You will also work closely with our product & engineering team on new initiatives, infrastructure improvements and general technical tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and excels at prioritizing tasks to complete goals in a timely manner. You leverage open communication with multiple people and departments to get the job done. You are organized, detailed and accountable. Responsibilities Successful installation and configuration of Trans Plus software solutions in AWS cloud-hosted customer environments Work cooperatively with customers to collect, review and analyze technical requirements while performing daily tasks Leverage internal resources as required to complete tasks in a timely, high-quality manner Communicate with 3rd-party vendors to complete integrations Create, manage and maintain technical process documentation Leverage project management tools to maintain current project status Perform certain after‑hours tasks as required by customers Qualifications IT‑related course completion/post secondary education preferred Minimum 2 years of experience working in a technical, customer‑facing position Salesforce experience considered an asset General technical knowledge related to networking, security, application configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance SQL Server maintenance including but not limited to security management and database utility plans Experience using server monitoring and configuration tools Strong software/hardware troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to solve complex technical problems Experience managing Microsoft AD environments Cloud computing experience would be an asset Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills and proactive collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2poidt
